STILL LIFE

Hi Daniela, Kira and Kayla. Watch this movie and draw exactly the same chair, following all the rules of linear perspective. It is important to understand how it works - vanishing points, horizon, eye level. Next Monday we will look at your drawings, talk about mistakes (I think there will be :) and do other exercises from nature. Our topic now is linear perspective as a method of rendering three-dimensional space on a two-dimensional plane. In addition, you can draw a book lying on a table, also with two vanishing points on the horizon, as on these pictures. You can copy these drawings or draw your books from life. (If you have questions, feel free to call. I feel fine, just out of caution I decided to refrain from meeting in the studio.)
